Fulfillment Policy
1. Consultation Fulfillment
Our services primarily revolve around consulting engagements, fulfilled through virtual meetings, reports, or advisory calls. Once a consultation is scheduled and payment is processed, we will deliver the service on the agreed-upon date and time, for the agreed upon duration.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided for completed consultations or services already rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied with a service before it has been fully delivered, please reach out to us to discuss potential solutions. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that refunds will not be issued for services already rendered in part or full.
3. Delivery of Reports or Findings
If your consultation includes written reports, product recommendations, or analyses, these will typically be delivered based on specified dates during the engagement. Reports will be sent electronically via email, through a secure file-sharing platform, or distributed via the agreed upon medium.
4. Return Policy
As we provide consulting services, there are no physical goods to return. For concerns about the service provided, please refer to the Refund Policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
Consultations or subscriptions may be canceled with at least 30 days’ written notice after the initial minimum term of three months, as per the agreement. For ongoing monthly retainers, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no refunds for partially delivered services.
